Directions For Use
Wet hair very well. Shampoo is fairly concentrated and works best when hair is very wet.
Shake bottle well, as separation sometimes occurs. Take small amount on hands and work into hair. Scrub well with fingers, working shampoo down into the skin. You may also use a brush for manes and tails that has plastic coated ball tips to work shampoo in. The amount of shampoo you use will depend on how dirty the hair is.
Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse well. Really stained legs may require a second shampoo.
If you currently have a problem with scratches, you may want to wash legs every 3-4 days. If not, weekly shampoos keep legs healthy.
If legs do have open sores, I have found this shampoo to be soothing, but if irritation occurs, or worsens, discontinue use and seek the advice of your Veterinarian.
